I started working w/ Vanessa back in May 2022, when I was about to move to South Florida. Once here in June, I reached out to her again to advise her will be closing on my house in Oklahoma late July. We stayed in touch, and she helped myself and my almost 80yr old mother out from start to finish in this process. Vanessa was referred by a friend to help us sort out an apartment rental for our move to Florida. She was just amazing. She is super responsive and knowledgeable of the area. We found a house online together and she toured it in person for us and help shepherd us through the application process. The house, that only she saw in person before the signing of the lease, was exactly what we were looking for and she did a great job understanding what we wanted and making sure that it was a fit. It was nice to feel that she was focused on finding a good fit versus closing the deal and moving on to the next one. I would unreservedly recommend Vanessa.
